I support UK small businesses with admin, social media and creative services with the ultimate aim of giving small business owners back their time, to spend it how they wish. How amazing!
After a long stint in Banking and welcoming my son in 2022, I realised what I wanted from life had changed and it was time to launch a little dream I had tucked away in my back pocket for a very long time - which was VirtuallyEmma.
I am based in beautiful Epsom Downs in Surrey with my husband and young son, but I support clients all over the UK.
You will usually find me booking my next holiday, chasing my son around (#toddlermumlife), watching crime documentaries, binge listening to podcasts or blasting out some club classic tunes.

My services include, but are not limited to the following. I am always happy to discuss any additional services and whether it is something I can support. My hourly rate is £35 per hour and my support can start from as little as 1 hour. I also offer retainer & packaged services. This will all be discussed in our discovery call - or as I prefer to call them - disco call.
General Admin
Including data entry, transcription, travel arrangements etc.
Email & Diary Management
Email management: Responding to client queries, following up on emails, holiday cover, email organisation, filing systems set up, inbox 'detoxes.
Diary management: booking in clients, scheduling your week to accommodate any personal commitments, forward planning.
Social Media Support
Replying to messages & comments, blocking of trolls, deleting spam, uploading content, schedule planning.
Creative Services
Basic business design services such as price lists, social media logos or icons, business cards & leaflets.
